We Hold These Truths…
"Know the Truth and the Truth shall make you Free"
Our elected representatives have an especial duty to abide by the dictates of the their respective state and federal constitutions. Our rights and liberties are put into jeopardy when we allow men to act in our name who knowingly disregard their responsibilities. If a judge or other elected official has violated his constitutional responsibilities, of which they should be fully aware; their official position should be thereafter forfeit in accordance with constitutional provision. Adhering to constitutional law is important to ensure our freedoms are held as inviolate in the land. To accomplish these ends, I now sign my name in support of the Republic of _______________ and her common law to be held as sacrosanct, and protected under the her constitution. I sign in support of the Rights of Free Men and in so doing; I give notice that I stand against Treason, Malfeasance, and Deception. This Petition is a Testament to the Peoples Right to have a Constitutional Republic with Honorable and Truthful Public Officers and to further hold responsible all those who have, through either omission or commission, lawfully defaulted on their Full Constitutional Responsibilities and Obligations to Take & Record the Lawful Constitutionally Mandated Oath of Office as is required by the de jure constitution, statutes and provision, having thus vacated their position, who are now acting apparently as emissaries of moneyed interests in collusion with others in an unconstitutional movement, to seemingly achieve an illegal transition to a One World Government.
Notice is hereby given to all de facto officers - your actions are void - your office is vacant – receiving public moneys while having violated the provisions of your office constitutes a grave offense against this constitutional republic, her people and her laws. Through this petition all de facto officers are put on public notice that they have ignited the Flames of Phoenix’s Rebirth, with the only de jure officers in the land now being the People, who with this Petition are Standing Up for their Unalienable Rights as Sovereigns. We the People, now stand up and give direction, for the saving of our Sovereign Republic, to ensure that it remains built and is once more securely anchored upon the foundation Truth and Freedom.
Further being the de facto regime has refused to recognize the de jure officers of the _______________ Republic, I now claim the de jure officers of the _______________ Republic to be my official representatives, as the True and the de jure Government of the People. Being the courts are almost devoid of de jure officers or any who will now stand up for Common Law and are now still simulating the same with a process best defined as public policy, which is carefully crafted to keep the People subverted, held down and led into greater and greater bondage and servitude. The de facto regime has abandoned the People’s interests, to act in apparent collusion with the courts to perform at the behest of the Banks and the special moneyed interests. To remedy this situation being the_______________ Republic lacks a de jure governing body, and the federal government has ceased to act in de jure manner, the Power must now reside with the People, who are now wholly justified in resorting to their Republics own Common Law Judicature Reform Movement, in order to lawfully adjudicate these matters and begin the process of lawfully establishing once more their Lawful Republics. In view of these apparent irregularities, under careful and judicious review, steps are to be taken to protect the People from further attempts from devious and crafty men seeking the downfall our Republic and the enslavement of the People.
I further affirm that only a government which is bent upon dividing a People amongst themselves has a vested interest in enforcing victimless & political crimes. Victimless and political crimes are a fraud under Common Law, which always requires an injured party to justify the offense, the charges and punishment. In view of these politically motivated government actions, it is now recognized that here in the United States we have more people jailed than any other so called “civilized country” on the face of the earth, including Russia or China. Further, this de facto government has taken to obstructing justice and jailing political prisoners, being they feel insecure and embarrassed, so they feel the need to jail those who they think make them look bad, in an attempt to criminalize our True Patriots. This is a touchy subject as this government lacking the authority of a de jure sanction or movement has taken to managing the People through sheer force, which more and more becomes a greater evidence of their lack of legitimacy. It is outrageous that we have more per capita jailed than any other "civilized" nation of the face of the earth. These are unfortunately steps or precursors to the rise of a Totalitarian and Fascist State. Further we Petition to Government for the release of all those being illegally held & redress for all illegal infractions against Human and Sovereign Rights of the People.
The tyrannical nature of our government is only going to increase if we do nothing, so to secure freedom for myself and my children, I hereby further authorize inquiry, investigation, recall and, or sanction before True Common Law Courts set up under the auspices of the _______________ Republics Common Law Judicature Reform Movement as found appropriate for Malfeasance or Treason against the People. Lets restore Freedom to our Great Land. I hereby call for a review and a release of all political prisoners. The Truth being that a lawful or de jure government can stand dissent, while a illegitimate government is ever worried and concerned to jail dissenters, lest they start a brush fire that will sweep away their illegitimate institutions. In the Spirit of Freedom and Liberty, I now call for an end to the use of torture under any circumstance and the release of all political prisoners and persecuted dissidents.
